The interim CEOs and general managers on Hellenic Talent are elite professionals who have been managing directors of groups and funds, general managers of multinationals' local subsidiaries and operating partners in portfolio companies. What to test in the first conversation, whoever you end up hiring.
Ran a company this size
Has carried the profit and loss of a company your size, not a division inside a much larger group.
Knows who to see first
Names the customers, banks and people they would see in the first fortnight, and why in that order.
Has bridged a transition
Has run a company between two leaders before: a fund's bridge, a family succession or a foreign parent's subsidiary.
A short call is enough to understand the situation and tell you honestly whether the network has the right interim CEO or general manager for it.
Engagements run remote, hybrid, or on-site, for clients in Greece, Cyprus, and the rest of the world.
